  Sometimes you need someone to sit down and help you map out your idea and help you create a plan to make it come true. I believe in making concepts lean, efficient and marketable from the get-go. I also know the common pitfalls and can help you dodge them and get a strong start. You'll walk away with an action plan and a realistic view of what needs to be done.



• Getting the word out

  
  Do you have a marketing plan? Do you know how to use social networking, article syndication and public relations to grow your business? I can teach you how to get mentions on relevant blogs; how to get media attention; and how to get people to come back to your site time and time again.



• Customer Service

  
  Acquiring customers and keeping them happy can be tricky. It's very important that your customers get exactly what they expect from your website, product and service. We can come up with a plan to give your customers what they want- excellent customer service and a product they love. I'll also help you evaluate Customer Management options.
